What is your return policy on technical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, some technical hardware cannot be returned once it has been mounted or used in the water/snow.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship our gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and the weight of the items. Large items like wakeboards and water skis are packed in reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Do you provide professional mounting services for bindings?
Absolutely. If you purchase both a board/skis and bindings in the same order, we can mount them for you before shipping. Simply leave a note at checkout with your stance preferences (regular or goofy) and your boot size.
